Very nice food preparation knife. It's a bit too heavy to carry all day, but, to take it out of the cutlery bowl; knowing that when you fold it open it would be as sharp as the day you put it away; then preparing your salad, braai broodjies and other braai victims, then putting the knife in your pocket (folded of course) and using it around the braai, is great.
The 440A is soft and does not like being cut into a braai grid or a plate, but with that, is very easy to sharpen.
Would love to see it in a tougher blade steel
